Purpose and legality<\/h2><p>cyclebee GmbH processes personal data for the provision of services and software development related to cycling and cycle touring. The following legal bases are considered:<\/p><h3>3.1 Fulfillment of contractual obligations and pre-contractual measures pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR<\/h3><p>In order to fulfill our contractual or pre-contractual obligations to our business partners, the processing of personal data is necessary. Should you choose not to provide us with this data, the conclusion or execution of the contract or pre-contractual services may be impossible. An existing contract may no longer be able to be fulfilled under these circumstances and may have to be terminated. Please refer to the individual contracts for the scope and specific purpose of data processing. If you have registered as a test subject, this is solely for the purpose of contacting you regarding future tests.
